Eligibility Requirements 

To be eligible, the following must be true:

  1. Your home country is the United States.
  2. You are age 85 or younger.
  3. You are currently enrolled in a primary health insurance plan.
  4. Your initial travel purchase is made in the U.S. prior to traveling.

Family Members and Coverage

A spouse or civil union/domestic partner under the age of 85 and eligible children/dependents may be covered. To be qualified for coverage, the following must be true:

  1. Spouse or dependent child under the age of 85.
  2. Resident of the United States.
  3. Traveling outside the U.S. and planning to spend at least 24 hours away from home.
